How Nick and Erick are helping people sleep better with WooCommerce

HIBR is a direct-to-consumer pillow brand founded by Nick Ondrako and Erick Arbe, who used a successful Kickstarter to launch their product and quickly doubled their fundraising goal. They built their store on WooCommerce and leveraged extensions (Order Export Suite, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Product Feed, Shipment Tracking) plus a custom sidecart and a single shipping manager that coordinates two warehouses with UPS label exports. The result is a streamlined, scalable e-commerce operation that handled fulfillment efficiently, benefited from the WooCommerce community, and set the company up to expand into mattresses and broader social and email marketing.
