House of Malt, an independent family business in Northern England and one of the U.K.’s top online specialty whiskey retailers, had grown its ecommerce operation on WooCommerce since 2017. As the business scaled, it needed a flexible platform that could support online growth, improve customer payment experiences, and help manage cash flow while serving a largely mobile audience.

WooCommerce helped House of Malt implement Apple Pay through WooPayments and work with the Woo Customer Success team to speed up payout times. The result was a 22% increase in average order value, higher conversion rates, and a reduction in cash payout time from seven days to one day, giving House of Malt more working capital to support future growth.
