Dark Horse is a Cape Town–based designer label founded in 2011 that makes leather lifestyle goods. Though they’ve used WooCommerce since launch and grown a strong customer base, their site had become a bottleneck—lacking clear brand storytelling, strong product photography, a smoother UX and checkout, and tighter integrations to support increasing local and international sales.

Their in‑house team rebuilt the store on WooCommerce with a clean, custom UI, professional studio photography, and an improved checkout/shipping flow. The result is a seamless shopping experience that helped the online store become one of their biggest outlets, improved international growth, and made it easier to convert traffic driven by shows, social and search marketing.
