After launching with a bespoke WordPress theme, the site became difficult to update, poorly optimized for conversions and rising tablet traffic, so the team decided to rebuild the site based on analytics to simplify messaging and improve responsiveness.

They relaunched on a WooTheme (PixelPress), reworked the sitemap and content to fit the theme, removed sidebars, added sticky navigation, created reusable shortcodes, and integrated Optimise.ly. Early analytics show easier navigation and increased signups, user feedback is positive, and the team is moving forward with A/B tests and migrating the blog to the new theme.
