Civapark is a secure, 24/7 indoor parking facility located 150 m from Geneva Airport that offers shuttle and premium valet services. The company needed a multilingual (FR/DE/EN) online system to let travelers reserve and pay (online or in person), support seasonally variable rates and promotions, send customer notifications, and handle complex, bookable valet options (cleaning, washes, inventory, seat types).

Designer VivaWeb and developer Solution Park built a tailored WooCommerce solution using bookings, PostFinance online banking, ACF and extensions (Custom User Registration Fields, Bookings Availability, Admin Custom Order Fields, Checkout Field Editor) plus heavy customization. The result is a fully managed, multilingual reservation and payment platform with automated customer reminders, flexible pricing and configurable valet services, enabling 24/7 online bookings and streamlined operations.
