Chuckling Goat is a family-run UK producer of handmade kefir and natural skincare made from goat milk, selling to customers prone to eczema, psoriasis and other skin and gut issues. Launched in 2014 and now serving over 100,000 people with hundreds of orders a day, the company needed a scalable online store and streamlined backend operations to support subscription and one‑off sales while keeping marketing spend minimal.
