Boost Oxygen, the leading seller of portable supplemental oxygen canisters, needed a flexible ecommerce platform to scale a growing multichannel business while managing wholesale, D2C, and subscriptions. Using WooCommerce, the company supported rapid growth, expanded its online reach, and kept operations efficient as demand increased.

WooCommerce helped Boost Oxygen integrate warehouse operations with NetSuite through FarApp, streamlining order approval and fulfillment inside its in-house manufacturing and shipping facility. The results were strong: sales rose 30% year over year from 2018 to 2019 after Shark Tank, then another 50% from 2019 to 2020 during COVID-19, while D2C now makes up about 90% of online sales and subscriptions nearly 10%.
