Advantage Learn is a proudly South African holistic learning platform that connects learners with high‑quality educators and resources, offering in‑person, blended and 100% online courses. Faced with the need to scale course sales, enrollments and delivery while supporting educators and learners during COVID‑19, the team needed a flexible ecommerce and LMS solution that could provide secure payments, course access, progress tracking and certificates — including a rapid way to make Grade 8–12 maths content freely available during the crisis.

They built the site on WooCommerce with Sensei and a suite of extensions (products add‑ons, groups, paid courses, course progress, certificates, PayFast, Xero, Zapier, etc.) to handle checkout, enrollment, content access and integrations. The result was a streamlined platform that enabled the EducateDontContaminate free access campaign for Grade 8–12 resources, automated administrative workflows, supported secure local payments and reporting, and empowered educators to deliver scalable, trackable online learning.
