A Wonderlic Case Study
Woodland School District, which serves more than 7,000 K–8 students and employs over 800 staff, needed a way to better align professional development with the real training needs of teachers, administrators, and support personnel. HR Director Kim Burke wanted clear, prioritized insights by job category so the district could target training where it would have the most impact.
Wonderlic’s Student Opinion Survey was used to customize questions, manage the data, and produce an easy-to-read report that broke responses down by category and job title. The results gave the district actionable priorities; Burke is now developing a full training program based on the survey and will communicate the plan through welcome packets, email newsletters, and other formats to ensure staff know their input was acted upon.
