Richfield Middle School - Customer Case Study

Richfield Middle School, a 6th–8th grade school organized into grade-level teams, needed to assess student, teacher, and parent satisfaction to meet No Child Left Behind accreditation requirements and test assumptions about school culture. Principal Susan Sommerfeld selected Wonderlic for its user-friendly tools and hands-on support to gather meaningful community feedback.

Wonderlic designed and administered surveys with about an 80% student response rate and delivered clear, easy-to-interpret reports. The results uncovered peer-respect issues, leading to targeted anti-bullying efforts and adoption of Ron Clark’s Essential 55; the findings validated program investments, informed the school improvement plan, and supported successful presentations to the community.
