Global Recruiters Victoria (GRV) is an award‑winning franchise of the Global Recruiters Network based in Victoria, Texas, growing from six employees at launch in 2006 to a staff of 15 with plans to expand. Managing Partner Bill Gibbens needed reliable, cost‑effective ways to identify and motivate top recruiting talent after their former test vendor closed, since motivation and hiring quality are critical in sales and turnover is expensive.

Since 2008 GRV has incorporated Wonderlic assessments — including the Prescreen Questionnaire, WPT‑R, the PCI for office roles and the CPP for recruiters, and plans to add the Motivation Potential Assessment — to screen and manage staff.
