DiPasqua Enterprises is one of the largest SUBWAY® franchisees, operating 90+ locations in Central Florida with more than $40M in sales. A family-owned business focused on people and store development, DiPasqua faced high employee turnover and time-consuming hiring that strained HR resources.
To address this, DiPasqua piloted the Wonderlic Productivity Index (WPI), adding two auto-scored pre-screen tests so only passing applicants are forwarded for review—cutting review time in half and reducing the applicant pool to 48%. After expanding the process to additional stores, HR reported dramatic turnover reductions in pilot locations (described as a 150–200% drop) and plans broader rollout due to the time savings and strong vendor support.
