C1 Bank, a St. Petersburg community bank known for its technology-driven, entrepreneurial culture, faced hiring challenges: traditional recruiting methods often produced candidates who interviewed well but didn’t perform to support the bank’s growth or the demands of its Management Associate Program, leading to turnover and extra hiring/training costs.
