With 20–30 applicants per opening and high costs for bad hires (estimated $5k–$10k or much more if a client is lost), Acquirent needed a faster, more reliable way to identify top-performing sales candidates.
By integrating Wonderlic assessments and consulting support, Acquirent standardized and streamlined its screening process so recruiters could focus on the best fits. A follow-up study showed the tests—especially personality measures—strongly predicted on-the-job success, producing faster, easier, more consistent hiring and greater confidence in hiring decisions.
