Philips wanted a faster, more consistent way to turn customer feedback into product decisions across a global portfolio of 10,000+ SKUs, 95+ channels, and 56 countries. To support this goal, Philips worked with Wonderflow, whose Voice of the Customer analytics platform helped the company centralize and interpret review data from around the world.
Wonderflow started as a pilot and became Philips’ sole global VoC partner, used by more than 106 monthly active users across product, marketing, and insights teams. The solution helped Philips save €600K annually in traditional research costs, increase sales of newly launched products by 12%, raise the share of successful products by 14%, and grow portfolio success from 30% to nearly 60%, with individual products like the S77xx shaver improving to 4.58 stars.
