M+W Group, a global engineering and construction company, needed to replace two separate systems used for group consolidation and management reporting, which was creating duplicate work and error-prone manual data checks. To streamline financial consolidation, planning, reporting, treasury, and project control, the company chose Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions’ Tagetik platform.

Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions implemented Tagetik as an integrated, web-based corporate performance management solution, including intercompany matching, workflow validation, and project controlling. The result was faster consolidation and reporting cycles, better data quality and transparency, paperless reconciliation, and the elimination of duplicate work across internal and external reporting, with more than 100 users trained worldwide and the system later extended to treasury processes.
