LEDVANCE, a leading international lighting technology company, faced a challenge after its spin-off from OSRAM. It needed to replace its complex, inherited system landscape with a new, flexible solution for group-level reporting and consolidation that could be managed by its specialist departments rather than IT. To address this, they turned to Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions and implemented its CCH Tagetik software.

Wolters Kluwer implemented CCH Tagetik to create an integrated, end-to-end process for consolidation and management reporting. The solution provided a single source of truth, drastically reducing coordination work between systems. Its flexibility was proven when LEDVANCE was acquired by a Chinese consortium; CCH Tagetik was quickly adapted to meet new commercial law requirements without costly emergency fixes. The intuitive system is now used by approximately 225 employees and has been enthusiastically received for simplifying processes and creating management reports.
