Elite Wellness, a Florida-based fitness business that grew from a backyard program into four locations with 392 members and 17 programs, faced a major operational challenge when they switched from Wodify to a cheaper system (Triib) to cut costs. The substitute lacked the reporting and programming features members relied on, harming member engagement and community visibility of progress—costing the business tens of thousands of dollars in lost memberships and fees. Elite Wellness ultimately returned to Wodify Core and its broader suite.

After less than six months, Elite Wellness switched back to Wodify and implemented Wodify Core along with Wodify Perform and Wodify Pulse to restore reporting, programming, and member experience.
