Process CrossFit, a CrossFit box in Oneonta, NY owned by Head Coach Daniel Murdock, held its first in-house “Dawn Patrol Sunset Crew Throwdown” but had no prior competition experience and needed a way to keep athletes and spectators energized while running the gym full-time.
