CrossFit Main Line, a two-location CrossFit gym in Ardmore and Wayne, PA, wanted to give members real-time intensity data to add value, reduce churn, and attract new athletes. Owner Daniel Davidson was already using Wodify Perform and Wodify Core to track progress, and turned to Wodify to add heart rate training (Wodify Pulse) to deepen engagement.

Wodify deployed Wodify Pulse (powered by Myzone) with Myzone belts and integrated heart-rate metrics into the Coachboard and Perform summaries. The result: about 98 registered belts across both gyms, 100% retention among belt users, a 13% revenue increase and 16% rise in class attendance, plus higher membership-tier upgrades and a new recurring revenue stream from the Pulse subscription. Wodify’s solution gave measurable proof of progress and boosted member lifetime value.
