CrossFit 845, a Hudson Valley CrossFit gym, ran their 4th annual “Fittest Alive in the 845” competition in June 2018 and needed a faster, more reliable way to organize heats, scoring, sign-ups and waivers after relying on Excel spreadsheets. To solve that competition-organization challenge they used Wodify’s competition software, Wodify Arena.

Wodify Arena provided heat assignments, tie‑breaker handling, easy score entry and automatic waiver collection, streamlining sign-ups and scoring so the event ran “without a hitch.” With Wodify, CrossFit 845 ran four competition WODs, sold 81 tickets, awarded $525 prizes to top finishers, and reported that Wodify saved organizers significant time and eliminated prior spreadsheet headaches.
