Merkur Andelskasse, a values-based Danish financial institution, faced the challenge of improving diversity, equity, and inclusion across its entire organization to build a more attractive workplace and ensure happier employees. To address this, they partnered with vendor Woba and implemented its platform for annual wellbeing surveys and mandatory workplace assessments (APV).
Using Woba's platform, Merkur gained valuable quantitative and qualitative insights that were easily translated into concrete actions. As a result, employee wellbeing scores increased by 13% in just one year. Measurable impacts include 100% of employees feeling treated fairly regardless of differences, and 9 out of 10 employees seeing Merkur as a diverse and inclusive workplace. Woba proved to be an invaluable partner in this successful initiative.
