Royal Products embraces VISUAL to provide greater value in focusing on the needs of its customers

Royal Products, a Long Island manufacturer and distributor of precision machine tool accessories, was struggling with an aging AS400-based ERP that had been heavily modified, increasing maintenance overhead and limiting its ability to support manufacturing, order entry, distribution, Lean initiatives, WMS integration, and a move toward paperless processes. To modernize operations they chose Infor VISUAL and enlisted WM Synergy to provide implementation and ongoing support.

WM Synergy deployed Infor VISUAL and integrated it with Royal’s existing Pathguide Latitude WMS, enabling scanned documents to be linked to orders, simpler report creation and data extraction, and greater user self-service for parts setup, lead times, and backlog management. The implementation delivered faster, more accurate job creation and cost tracking, reduced reliance on IS staff, and measurable improvements in reporting, order management and overall operational efficiency.
