Phoenix Glass, an ETO glazing manufacturer in Delta, BC, had relied on manual processes and Dynamics GP for accounting and needed more timely data, broader visibility, and advanced financial capabilities such as milestone billing. They engaged WM Synergy to evaluate integrated ERP options and selected Infor VISUAL ERP to modernize processes and eliminate duplicated work.

WM Synergy implemented Infor VISUAL ERP along with a business-process review to automate material planning and provide real-time production data and daily/hourly reports. As a result, Phoenix Glass gained clear production visibility and order status, improved material accuracy through real-time planning (reducing inventory clutter from non‑stocked part numbers), minimized scrapped off-cuts via dimensioned inventory transactions, and avoided the extra IT overhead required by other solutions.
