WM Synergy adapted and deployed VISUAL across all five North American plants, integrating Kaizen practices, adding reason‑code tracking for late deliveries, implementing VISUAL Configurator rules to speed quotes, and using VISUAL Quality for nonconformance tracking. As a result, Olympus NDT achieved up to 55% reduction in process cycle times, up to 30% lower direct labor costs, up to 60% reduction in WIP, and improved on‑time delivery from 72% to 95%, while enabling real‑time monitoring and faster quoting when customers call.
