Graham Engineering, a global leader in wheel and industrial extrusion blow molding solutions, faced the challenge of managing three major brands across multiple business systems. The company engaged WM Synergy and its Synergy Center of Excellence to design a scalable foundation and implement the Infor VISUAL Manufacturing ERP system to consolidate and standardize processes across the enterprise.

WM Synergy led business process mapping and re-engineering, installed and configured Infor VISUAL with Synergy’s ERP extension tools, provided data migration and programming support, and trained staff through pilot tests. As a result, Graham Engineering now operates on a single VISUAL Manufacturing database that supports multiple brands and processes, giving the company greater visibility, streamlined operations, and a platform to support future growth.
