Egbert Taylor Group, a UK-based leader in galvanized steel waste and recycling containers, needed to drive growth and improve customer service by gaining better visibility into inventory and production, supporting customer configuration of more than 1.5 million possible bin combinations, and delivering accurate quotes and delivery schedules. WM Synergy partnered with the customer to address these challenges using Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) as the cloud-based ERP and configuration platform.

WM Synergy implemented Infor CloudSuite Industrial to integrate product configuration into sales quoting and ordering, provide real-time stock visibility, and streamline built-to-order production processes. As a result, Egbert Taylor Group can support the required 1.5 million configuration combinations, produce accurate quotes and delivery schedules at point of configuration, improve working capital management through streamlined production, and scale quickly with minimal customization thanks to the cloud deployment.
