As a result, American Products raised on-time delivery from roughly 60–70% to a 95% annual average, cut median shop-floor time from about 21 days to 8 days, lowered its sales-to-labor ratio from ~16–17% to 11.2%, grew revenue per employee by 59% while operating with ~30% fewer people, and achieved faster, measurable quality improvements.
