Aerospace supplier selects VISUAL ERP to improve delivery and quality assurance

Ausco, a U.S. aerospace supplier of custom precision fluid control valves, faced rapid year‑over‑year growth and found its legacy ERP lacked key functionality and user friendliness, particularly for the near zero‑fault tolerance quality demands of the aerospace industry. To address these gaps Ausco selected VISUAL ERP and an implementation project with WM Synergy to modernize its quality, production planning, inventory and financial systems.

WM Synergy implemented VISUAL ERP with modules for production planning, non‑conformance and corrective actions, EPAK documentation, APQP and cost accounting. As a result Ausco gained better production planning that drives lower inventory levels and improved on‑time shipping, stronger QA and faster issue resolution, improved process documentation, and real‑time visibility into production costs — measurable improvements in delivery and quality assurance attributed to WM Synergy’s VISUAL ERP deployment.
