The customer, one of the main banking groups in the Spanish financial system, faced challenges in analyzing its extensive network infrastructure. Existing tools were insufficient for merging and monitoring data from Aruba Central to analyze client connectivity, distinguish traffic, observe client presence, and reduce support costs. They engaged Wizzie Analytics to implement an advanced, flexible, and scalable analytics platform to solve these problems efficiently.

Wizzie Analytics implemented its Traffic Analytics solution to process over 70 million events daily in real time, creating a DataLake and building dashboards for monitoring resource usage. The solution connected 500 offices and monitored over 6,000 users and 3,000 devices, providing critical insights into CPU, memory, bandwidth, and connectivity. This enabled the bank to effectively detect problems, reduce analysis efforts, and make informed investment decisions for its network infrastructure.
