Liberty, a South African financial services firm, needed to deliver live instructor-led training to 4,000 financial advisers spread across South Africa and internationally. The company sought a cloud-based, mobile-friendly, easy-to-use platform that would integrate with existing IT, provide high-quality audio/video, 24/7 support, and reduce the high costs and logistics of in-person workshops.

Liberty deployed WizIQ Virtual Classroom and went live in about a week with minimal IT changes. The platform’s real-time A/V, interactive whiteboard, recordings, mobile access and attendance reporting enabled collaboration with remote SMEs, reduced travel and administrative overhead, and delivered annual savings of approximately ZAR 3.6 million (≈ $271,000) while training all 4,000 advisers.
