Integrating Wiz on their own Website a Smart Step by Laser Tutor

Laser Tutor, an alumni‑funded tutoring service started at Carnegie Mellon University, delivers online classroom instruction and test prep for students from Grade 6 through first‑year college across subjects like math, science and standardized tests. They needed a seamless online classroom that fixed poor interactivity, limited communication and ineffective teaching tools that made it hard to share materials and engage students.

Using WizIQ’s Virtual Classroom API and mobile apps, Laser Tutor integrated live private and group classes on their site, listed paid courses on the WizIQ Marketplace, and adopted features like interactive whiteboard, recordings, desktop sharing, online testing, content library and attendance reports.
