IECRM Delivers a Cutting-Edge Online Apprentice Program via WizIQ

Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) is a leading trade association and the largest technical training provider for electricians in Colorado and Wyoming, educating over 1,000–1,200 apprentices and licensed electricians each year. Faced with students who work full time or live far from campus, IECRM needed a scalable, centrally managed online solution to replace weekly in-person classes while preserving live interaction, content access, and its own branding.

IECRM implemented WizIQ’s white‑label Virtual Classroom to manage multiple teacher accounts, schedule concurrent recurring live classes, store and share PPT/PDF content in a cloud library, record sessions for on‑demand review, and run up to six simultaneous sessions. The result: more than 1,000 live online sessions delivered, growing online enrollment (about 25% of students opt for live online classes), smooth administration of multiple instructors and attendees, positive student feedback, and a model other chapters now look to replicate.
