A Wizeline Case Study
Social Piper, a startup founded in 2018, set out to create an end-to-end social media management platform that would help small businesses manage marketing more effectively. To turn the concept into a workable product, Social Piper selected Wizeline as its technology partner after initial fundraising and needed support with discovery, UX/UI strategy, and platform development.
Wizeline led a five-week discovery phase, then designed wireflows, prototypes, and a new character-led experience centered on “Piper,” while also building the platform with a serverless AWS architecture, GraphQL via AWS AppSync, and AWS CodeBuild for faster integration. After six months, Social Piper had a ready-to-ship product, a new landing page and onboarding guide, and a style guide for future expansion; the company also successfully raised VC investment and attracted additional investors thanks to the product’s strong UX/UI improvements.
