A Wizeline Case Study
Retter, one of Mexico’s largest department stores, partnered with Wizeline to redesign Retter.com and improve its digital commerce experience. The retailer needed to better serve a mobile-first audience, modernize its online touchpoint, and handle complex banking, credit, and payment flows while transitioning from a heavily in-person business model to a more omnichannel approach.
Wizeline led a six-month redesign of the site, combining discovery workshops, UX/UI design, usability testing, A/B testing, and the creation of a scalable design system with accessible reusable components. The work improved more than 90 screens and delivered an average 5% increase in sales revenue on Retter.com, while also strengthening Retter’s Agile and UX capabilities for future digital initiatives.
