Fitz Frames partnered with Wizeline to evolve its kids’ glasses app, which uses AR face measurement and 3D printing. After a successful MVP launch, the customer needed help stabilizing the platform, reducing technical debt, fixing bugs, and supporting growing usage and customer expectations.

Wizeline transferred knowledge to its Product Evolution team and delivered a three-month stabilization effort that improved testing, monitoring, documentation, and operations while adding new features for memberships, coupons, and payments. As a result, Fitz Frames reduced manual effort, improved the user experience, minimized downtime, and kept its e-commerce platform stable and running continuously.
