A Wizeline Case Study
True Digital Group, through its True Analytics division, needed a better way to turn massive consumer data into actionable business insights. In early 2019, the company partnered with Wizeline to create a cloud-based analytics product that could visualize real user behavior, engagement, and competitive performance across apps and websites.
Wizeline designed and developed Digipulse, a SaaS visual analytics tool built on Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud with BigQuery-backed data processing. The solution moved from an MVP that visualized uploaded CSV files to a full platform using True Analytics data, enabling competitive sets, user transition analysis, and persona-based insights. The product received positive feedback from early users and set the stage for ongoing enhancements such as weekly data refreshes, segmentation filters, and expanded Customer 360 capabilities.
