Stark Group, a leading Nordic retailer and distributor of building materials, needed a better way to communicate across its headquarters, stores, drivers, and warehouse teams. With its previous intranet, information mainly flowed one way from head office to stores, leaving little room for dialogue or knowledge sharing. Wizdom Intranet was chosen to help create a more connected digital workplace.
Wizdom Intranet implemented a branded intranet called Toolbox, using modules such as Noticeboard and Workspaces to enable two-way communication, discussion forums, a product portal, campaign pages, and handbook content. The solution gave employees access on mobile devices and made it easier to share updates, find expert contacts, and access key information in one place. As a result, Stark Group improved transparency, cross-store knowledge sharing, and employee engagement, though the case study does not provide specific quantitative metrics.
