Krifa, the fourth largest Danish trade union with more than 200,000 members, needed to move its long-running intranet from an on-premise Wizdom SharePoint 2013 setup to the cloud while also restructuring parts of the site. Working with Wizdom Intranet, Krifa wanted a migration approach that would preserve essential knowledge, news, and tools while allowing changes to the intranet’s information architecture.

Wizdom Intranet implemented an Assisted Migration to Wizdom Online/O365, helping Krifa migrate key areas such as news channels, knowledge content, and tools, while also enabling future rollout of training, events, and service desk modules in phases. The move gave Krifa access to a cloud-based platform for better cross-functional collaboration, access from anywhere, and a foundation for future digital workplace innovation; the case study does not cite specific quantitative performance gains, but Krifa reports the migration as worthwhile and strategically important.
