Karger Publishers, a global scientific and medical publisher based in Basel, needed a better way to keep employees aligned across countries and languages. Communication was fragmented across email and distributed documents, there was no central place for interactive dialogue, and collaboration between international teams was difficult. Wizdom Intranet, using Microsoft SharePoint and the Wizdom Digital Workplace Framework, was brought in to create a more intuitive bilingual internal communications and collaboration environment.

Wizdom Intranet implemented a customized digital workplace in SharePoint as an MVP and then expanded it into a central hub for news, collaboration, and personalized content. The solution integrated Office 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Flow, and Forms, enabling transparent two-way communication, shared document work, and easier cross-functional teamwork. The result was a more agile, efficient, and globally connected workplace for Karger, with immediate access to information across all locations.
