Frederikshavn Municipality, a Danish local government organization, needed a better way to manage intranet governance, internal communications, and case information without scattering the same information across multiple places. Wizdom Intranet provided an on-premise SharePoint-based intranet, combined with GetOrganized for case management and Yammer for internal communication, to create a more centralized digital workplace.

Wizdom Intranet implemented a solution with phonebook, noticeboard, learning, events, handbook, FAQ, and segmented news features, plus shortcuts and presentation pages for cases. The result was a more coherent system for employees, improved access to information and support, and easier knowledge sharing across the municipality’s roughly 3,000 daily active users.
