Student Factory, a student residence and coliving concept created by VINCI Immobilier, sought to better meet the needs of students by moving beyond a standardized offering. Their challenge was to offer a single, bespoke digital portal for residents to access all services, communicate, and benefit from a concierge. They partnered with vendor Witco for its customizable application to address this.

Witco implemented its white-label application, which integrated a feed for news and events, incident reporting, access to documents, private messaging, and a forum. The solution also brought together all residence services into a single, highly customizable marketplace. The result is an app used across all of the company's French residences, where dozens of messages, ads, and events are exchanged daily, making it essential to the unique Student Factory experience.
