Witco implemented the Metal 57 app, a centralized platform that provided desk and meeting room booking, a gym and concierge service integration, and a ticketing system for facility management. The solution delivered significant results, including a 92% adoption rate, the reporting of 50 facility incidents per month with a 90% resolution rate, and 76% of employees using the on-site catering service at least twice a week to improve team cohesion.
