ChemAid, a chemical manufacturing company in the KDC family, needed stronger traceability and inventory control to meet strict regulatory and customer requirements. Using WiSys Warehouse Management System with Macola, the company set out to track products at the bin, serial, lot, and LPN levels while improving inventory accuracy and reducing manual effort.

WiSys implemented a solution that gave ChemAid real-time container-level traceability, cycle counting, and Agility reports for pre-posting variance review. As a result, ChemAid improved inventory accuracy to about 99% each month, avoided a disruptive year-end physical inventory, reduced Macola transactions, and saved time and resources, while also supporting ISO 22716 certification for Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics.
