How Jeanne Hopkins Empowered the Women of Lola Through Her Personal Podcast

Lola wanted to help its women employees build public speaking confidence and create a stronger platform for sharing their stories. To do that, Jeanne Hopkins launched the personal podcast *Table Fries* at Lola, turning it into a way to highlight employee experiences and give more women a voice.

Wistia featured how the podcast used storytelling and interview practice to prepare Lola employees to speak on behalf of the company. The result was greater confidence across guests—many of whom were nervous at first—and a more inclusive culture, with participants realizing they sounded strong and capable after hearing their episodes.
