How 360Learning Developed a Documentary During a Pandemic

360Learning, a cloud-based learning management system based in Paris, wanted to create compelling brand content and showcase its culture during the pandemic. Working with Wistia’s guidance and resources, the small marketing team set out to produce a bold 13-episode docuseries, *Onboarding Joei*, following a new hire’s onboarding journey while aligning the story to its audience and product use case.

Wistia helped inspire the show’s positioning and planning, including use of its Brand Affinity Marketing Playbook and a show bible from Marketing Showrunners. 360Learning launched the series remotely and made it engaging enough to keep viewers coming back, generating interest from clients and prospects who said they learned from the process.
