SB Logistics (SBL), founded in 2008 and led by Raul Saucedo, provides turnkey logistics and bonded-warehouse solutions across Mexico for industries such as automotive, high tech and aerospace. SBL needed to expand from freight forwarding to true end-to-end inventory management, proving it could move cargo from any origin to final destinations while giving overseas customers real-time visibility and meeting Mexico’s complex customs requirements (serial numbers and pedimento).

SBL implemented WiseTech Global’s warehouse management software to deliver vendor-managed inventory, door‑to‑production and door‑to‑shelf services and full customs compliance. The system gave suppliers from around the world online, real-time inventory visibility, positioned SBL as a strategic partner to major manufacturers, allowed the company to compete for medium and small customers in a market dominated by multinationals, and continues to unlock new operating capabilities and efficiencies.
