Cancer Support Community (CSC) is a large, global nonprofit that supports people with cancer and their families through a network of affiliates, partners and programs. CSC was struggling with fragmented communication and information—relying on emails, calls, webinars and infrequent meetings—so vital documents, training and best practices were scattered, outdated or hard to find, leading to repeated requests, inconsistent messaging and disconnection across time zones.
