SoulCycle was expanding rapidly across the U.S. and into Canada but its lean corporate team couldn’t physically scale in-person training to every new studio. The company’s patchwork Google Drive was hard to maintain, lacked engagement or brand character, and couldn’t deliver robust reporting or targeted learning for diverse learner groups—so SoulCycle needed an LMS that felt like the brand and could reach and train employees efficiently.
SoulCycle selected Wisetail and built The Wheel, a fully branded LMS that translated its in-person training into engaging eLearning, served as a single source of truth for files and forms, and enabled peer interaction and targeted communications. The platform made training scalable, improved engagement and reporting, and now powers studio openings and cross‑company collaboration as SoulCycle grows into 11 states and Canada.
