Smashburger, led by Director of Training Kelly Saunders, needed to replace a paper-based training program that relied on manager-approved online quizzes and caused completion bottlenecks. They were looking for a nimble, customer-centric Learning Management System that aligned with their culture and could scale across their growing restaurant chain.

Wisetail delivered an on-site, hands-on boot camp implementation and a controlled proof-of-concept with five restaurants (90 users) to refine the system; after rollout, quizzes deployed and completed doubled on average. The solution included a dedicated Customer Experience Team and product support, providing a tailored, scalable learning ecosystem that supported Smashburger’s training goals across all locations.
